Autumnal Waterfall 3 – Innkeeper

Innkeeper, what is it? Well, it’s a flash game about running an inn, imagine that. But it’s really well done and I happen to like simulation games too. There are multiple customer types, all with furniture preferences and amenity preferences. Your job, of course, is to make sure the inn is successful. While running it all, you get quests and there is an overarching plot line that makes it fun to follow along.

Because Brown – Improbable Weapons

You know, the weirdest thing about these weapons is when the creators the anime/manga/game actually choose a real world item or skill and then bastardize it. What’s wrong with normal weapons anyway? They seem to be effective. Why do you need to start putting some really weird twist on it like fencing but instead of using a foil you use a harpoon? In part two of this series I’m looking at the interesting ways that normal weapons get broken by anime physics.

Yes, we can all agree that at one point, swords were a dominant weapon. However, that time was roughly few hundred years ago. But then again, swords look awesome and it’s way more amusing to see someone lose a sword fight than just getting sniped in the head.

AMV Spotlight: Safety Dance

In the realm of AMVs (Anime Music Videos) there are a lot of categories to fill. Anything from dramatic, to upbeat, to sad, to epic can be subject of these little creations. Before that, let’s take a step back and really see what an AMV is all about.

An AMV, or Anime Music Video, is a fan-made creation that takes clips, photos, or other media from an anime or manga, and sets it to music. This is done exactly why you’d think it is, for entertainment. By removing all context from the video, and inserting their own audio, the creator is capable of telling their own story abstract of the original content.
